That is, they would prefer to have the situation dealt with as simply as possible. Rather than procure the services of a Hard Drive Recovery service they would prefer to use a Data Recovery Software program to restore their lost files. Certainly, such software would prove very helpful as it eliminates all the steps needed to procure the services of a Recover Data company. Now, this is not a knock on such companies as they provide a host of valuable services. (One of which is the fact that they often sell data recovery software programs!) But, if the data ca be recovered in the fewest steps possible then such a process should be sought. Of course, in addition to the ease of use of a software program there is also convenience. A professional data recovery service would be very hard to contact at 3 AM but a software program can be used 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. Obviously, this would be a very beneficial option to a number of computer users.
